JESSICA TOVROVJessica represents her clients in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, work-outs, and negotiations. She is admitted to practice in Supreme Court of Illinois, district courts in the Northern District of Illinois, Northern District of Indiana, and Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
