JESSICA TOVROV

Jessica received her law degree from Kent College of Law in 1990.

She served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Ronald S. Barliant, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Illinois. Following that, she worked at several Chicago law firms, first as an associate, then as a partner, and established her own firm in 2007.

Jessica also holds a B.A. and a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in Russian History, has published academic articles and a book, and spent a year living in Moscow. She is fluent in Russian and French.
